muscular reconditioning

  • Trigger Point Therapy addresses areas of uncontrolled muscle
tightness interfering with normal muscle function. This restricts
normal range of motion and weakens the muscle. It is common
for trigger points to refer pain to other areas of the body.
Compression of these spots using sustained pressure can
help the nodules to release and the tight bands to elongate.

  • Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF)
is an advanced form of flexibility training that involves both the
stretching and contraction of the muscle. PNF is excellent for
targeting specific muscle groups in order to increase range of
motion, flexibility and improve muscular strength.
